Obituary of Kathleen (Kathy) Playter

Peacefully passed away at Southlake Village, Newmarket on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 75 years of age. Beloved mother of Annette, Bev (André), Donald and Roger (Kylie). Proud Granny of Amber, Dani, Michelle, Emilie, Natalie and Alison. Dear sister of Margaret Bailey, Dorothy Stronach, Gerry (Evelyn) Baguley, Noreen (Mike) Hamilton, Valerie (Vince) Perry, Joyce Vye and Michael (Bernie) Baguley. Kathy will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. 

A Celebration of Kathy's Life will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 11 a.m. with a visitation 1 hour prior. Interment of ashes at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford.

Kathy's favourite colour was red, guests are encouraged to wear something red to honour her.

In Kathy's memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
