I am deeply saddened to hear about Mary’s passing. I had the privilege of working with her for over 10 years at the City of Vaughan in the Development Engineering Department. Mary was truly a kind and caring soul, always ready to lend a hand and offer support. She always had a smile on her face, and we shared so many great laughs together over the years.
Her warmth, generosity, and sense of humour touched everyone around her. She will be dearly missed.

Enza and I had the pleasure of working with Mary, at the City of Vaughan. Although being in different departments, we shared many talks and laughs during lunch and breaks. She was a wonderful soul. To the Armstrong family, our deepest condolences for the loss of Mary, a daughter, a sister, a mother, a colleague, a friend. Our family will keep yours in our thoughts and prayers during this challenging time.

Mary was a colleague, but most of all my most cherished friend for 30 plus years. We shared our hearts, our sorrows, tears, triumphs and much laughter. We treasured our sisterhood friendship, a bond that can never be replaced. I will love you always Missy and miss you with all of my heart.

I worked with Mary at the City of Vaughan for many, many years. She was a great friend and always had a kind caring heart. She also made me laugh daily! Such a great sense of humour. I still can't believe she is gone. She will be missed.
