Obituary of Lachlan Brooke Jack
Lachlan peacefully passed away with family at his side at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 91 years of age.
Beloved husband of Anne (nee Griffiths) for 69 years. Loving dad of Susan Hicks (Andrew McAusland), Lynn Jack and Janet Jack. Dear brother of late Ian (Joyce) Jack, late Colin (Julie) Jack and Arthur Jack (Judy Atkinson/late Doris Jack). Lachlan will also be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, friends, church family, the Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite.
A memorial visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 11 a.m.
