Obituary of Cecelia Marie Halahan

Cecelia peacefully passed away at St. Joseph’s Villa, Sudbury on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 83 years of age.

Beloved wife of late Bill (William) Halahan, late Bob Bilyk and Joe McNamara. Loving mother of Symone McNamara, Mark (Melissa) McNamara, Robert McNamara (Lori Jarman) and Justin McNamara. Dear stepmother of Stephanie Bilyk, Danny Bilyk, Christopher Bilyk and Nadia Bilyk. Proud grandmother of late Dale, Christopher (Miranda), Alysha, James, Sara; Tatyana, Maeve, Declan; Lexi, Liam. Cherished great grandmother of Tiana, Zayden, Nariah, Zylor, Alyssa, Dylan, Leighlia, Ethan. Dear great great grandmother of Gracie, Zayde and Octavia. Dear sister of late Marleen, late Louise, Yvonne (Lorenzo), Bob and Marty. Cecelia will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins and the Halahan family.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 10-11:45 a.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 12 noon. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.
