Gary was a good friend. I have so many great memories of youthful adventures and our hitchhiking trips through US and Mexico. I will miss his regular phone calls posing as a police officer, remembering my birthday, his really bad jokes and his great sense of humor. I am especially grateful that I got to visit him recently and to meet his dear friends who were helping him. My thoughts go out to his family for their loss.
