We're deeply saddened and heartbroken about Blair's passing. He was such a loving brother and dear friend who took such a personal interest in me and my family. Over the years, he was always encouraging and loving with us and self-sacrificing in many ways. Always someone who could crack a joke at the right time and always providing loving advice and wisdom...I too was a recipient of his many "Blearnings". He was someone who we loved and respected and will so dearly miss. May Jehovah provide comfort to Karen and everyone else impacted by this loss.

Blair was a big part of our family’s life for so many years in Waterloo. My mentor as an elder, Uncle Blair to our girls, cycling companion, endless source of wisdom (we called it Blearning :)), faithful service partner, and all round great guy. We miss him, and can’t believe he’s gone so young…but we know he’s in Jehovah’s memory. Our condolences to Karen and the Spencer and Fleck families.
