Obituary of Ronald Michel Gilaard

Ronald peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 82 years of age.

Beloved husband of Hamidhan for 53 years. Loving Papa of Joy Gilaard, Ursila Gilaard (Shervien), Ragillio Gilaard (Veena), Marchano Gilaard (Nandenie) and Cindy Gilaard (Dane). Proud Opa of Roberto, Danitsia, Annabel, Isabel, Zachary, Jeremy and Lorenzo. Dear brother of Correy and Stephanus. Ronald will also be missed by his extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. followed by cremation.

The visitation and funeral service will be livestreamed on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. A link for the service will be provided 15 minutes prior to the visitation.
