Pam our sincere condolences in the passing of Ron. It was just by accident that I found his obituary on line as I was telling a friend about a lady that we shared a house with back in the 60's that had passed away in March of this year and I couldn't believe it when I saw Ron's notice. I don't know how many times I wanted Dave to give him a call to see how he was doing since we last got together. Dave had quite the medical problems since his stroke in Oct. 2023 and then Feb. 2024 he was back to the bladder cancer and had a catheter in for 11 months. We will plan on being at Ron's memorial service on August 20th between 6-8 pm . Ron was a very close and cherished friend of mine for over 50 years. We shared many similar dreams in our life. He provided support and understanding through difficult times and also shared joys in our accomplishments. Ron was an avid racer and car enthusiast. We spent many hours together working towards the completion and restoration of our team race vehicles. He told great pride in reaching so many of our accomplished racing goals. I was honored to have him stand beside me as my Best Man at my wedding to Debbie. Ron and Pam and Debbie and myself, travelled extensively across America many years gathering a lifetime of memories. We will forever be grateful that we got to share such a major part of our lives with them both. We are especially thankful that we had the opportunity to express our appreciation and the impact of his friendship personally with him before his passing. He will be forever missed. Rest in peace my friend, Pat and Debbie Storey

Such a kind gentle man. Total car guy. I thought his duster was soo cool when I was 14. Always included me in conversation even when I was a little kid. God bless you Ron
