Obituary of James “Jim” William Morris

We are sad to announce the peacefully passing of James William Morris at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 78 years of age.

Beloved son of the late George and the late Violet (Smith). Predeceased by his wife Dianne (McNelly). Dear brother of Gayle (late Larry) Folliott. Father of Jason (Kate) Morris and Julie (Evan) Holt.

Jim retired from IBM in 1996. His lifelong passions were devoted to hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and cheering on his beloved Toronto Blue Jays.

A private graveside service will be held at Sandford Cemetery.
