Obituary of Ermelinda Ferragine

Ermelinda peacefully passed away, surrounded by her loving family at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Thursday, December 11, 2025 in her 96th year.

Beloved wife of late Pietro Ferragine. Loving mother of Maria (Luigi) Manica, Rafelina (Rosario) Riga, Tony (Christine) Ferragine, Dominic (Helen) Ferragine and Lucia (Gianni) Favret. Proud Nonna of 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Special thanks to the staff at Southlake Regional Health Centre for their compassionate care of Ermelinda.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 2-6 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 11 a.m.

Entombment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 3700 Highway #27, Woodbridge.

In Ermelinda's memory, donations may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation.
