Obituary of George Rocha Sousa

George unexpectedly passed away at Southlake Health, Newmarket on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 61 years of age.

Beloved husband of Elizabeth for 33 years. Loving dad of Maria (Nicholas) Scutella, Mathew and Selena. Proud Grandpa of Valentina and Gianna. Cherished son of late Jose and late Delfina. Dear brother of Maria, late Carlos, Casey (Robin) and Roy (Diane). George will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 from 5-8 p.m. Words of remembrance will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.
