Obituary of Linda Kathryn Lynar

Linda peacefully passed away at Matthews House Hospice, Alliston on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 67 years of age.

Daughter of Hilda and the late Jack Forsyth, cherished sister of Judi (Brian), Linda was the beloved wife of Hugh for 45 years, loving mother of Christopher (Jackie), Shannon (Brian) and Ryan (Rachel) and the proud Lola to Felix, Audrey and Emily. 

Linda loved spending her time travelling to the beach in Varadero Cuba, spending time with her children and, even more so, spending time with her grandchildren. 

Private family arrangements will be held at a later date. 

In Linda's memory, donations may be made to Matthews House Hospice, Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto or the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
