Lexi unexpectedly passed away at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 13 years of age.
Cherished daughter of Lyndsey and Jeremey Simms. Loving sister of Jackson. Beloved granddaughter of Ann Green, Chris Parfitt; Cathy and Roy Simms. Dear niece of Neil Parfitt, Alisha Rushton, Nicole Bateman, and Josh and Dawn Ireton. Lexi will also be fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends.
Memorial visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford on Friday, July 10, 2026 from 11 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1 p.m.
The memorial service will be livestreamed on Friday, July 10, 2026. A link will be provided on this webpage 30 minutes prior to the service.
