Very sorry for the loss of Grant.
I didn't get nearly enough time with him, but it didn't take long to see the kind of man he was. Hardworking, straight with people, the sort they don't really make anymore. I always came away better for being around him. I know he's in a better place now, but selfishly, I wish he was still here with all of us. Men like him don't come around often, and the ones lucky enough to know him carry a piece of that forever.

Sheryle and family I am deeply saddened by the loss of Grant. What started as a business relationship quickly grew into a genuine friendship, and I am truly grateful for the connection we built along the way. I will always remember the fun we had at Turkey Point and Florida.

So saddened to hear of this news. Our family grew up next door to Grant and Sheryl. Many good times were spent with them and their girls over the years. We knew him before he was even married and spent lots of time with his parents as well. I will always remember him playing Santa when I was a kid, will never forget the Christmas eves spent together especially the Chinese food fire, lol! Or him coming to the rescue of my dad who was in a fist fight with another old guy. Grant and Sheryl always found the time to go visit my parents especially when they were in LTC, even when they had their health issues. A great loss of a very wonderful man, I will miss our occasional phone calls and visits. Thinking of your family and especially Sheryl during this very difficult time.

Sending you our deepest condolences - we have such fond memories of our Uncle Grant. Visiting the horses and the cows on the farm, Christmas with "Santa" and initiating several boyfriends in the Man Cave with cigars - just to name a few. We will miss his mischievous sense of humour, his warm hospitality and his candor.
