Obituary of Sylvia Luxton
Former Registered Nurse for over 40 years
Founder of The Danube Seniors Leisure Centre in Bradford, Ontario
Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Saturday, January 27, 2024 in her 94th year.
Beloved wife of late Trevor Luxton. Loving mother of Janet (Ted) Bonham, Lynda (Eric) Miller, and late Wendy Marshall. Proud grandma of Kim, Gabrielle (Basil), Blake (Meghan), Sara (Craig) and Lance. Cherished great grandma of Julia and Bella. Predeceased by her parents Philip and Ester Goodman. Dear sister of Greta and predeceased by Philip, Julius, Lena, Sid and Cyril. Sylvia will also be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 12 noon until the time of a funeral service at 1 p.m. followed by cremation.
For those unable to attend the funeral service, the service will be livestream on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 1 p.m. A link will be provided on this webpage half an hour before the service.
