  Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Friday, April 16, 2010.  Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, Bradford for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa Street, Bradford on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill.
