Obituary of Giuseppe Giannone

Peacefully passed away at home with his family at his side on Friday, June 3, 2011. Joe Giannone of Bradford at 77 years of age. Beloved husband of Maria for 53 years. Loving father of Jack (Michele), Josie (Nick) Assisi and Frank (Kelly). Proud Nonno of Jennifer and Joseph; Nicholas, Cooper and Emma. Dear brother of late Giosa (late Andrea) and Carmelina (Santo). Dear uncle of Maria (Rocco), late Pino, Salvatore (Emilia) and Maurizio (Sophie). Thank you to Dr. Scott Windsor and nurses Mary and Amanda for their compassionate care. A special thanks to Dr. Susan Kuzmyk for her exceptional dedication and support. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 11 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill.
