Obituary of Ulrich Zilz

On a beautiful sunny day, Ulli Zilz, born May 26,1932, passed away peacefully March 5, 2012, in his 80th year, with his wife Gisela by his side at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Loving father to Peter Zilz of Mount Albert, Angela Zilz of Richmond Hill; Edward Lahartinger and wife Fran of Solina; Andre Lahartinger and wife Fran of Barrie. Predeceased by his son Ralph Zilz. Beloved Opi to Niklas and Mikaela; Jacob and Zachary; Bryan, Eric, Sonya and Christian. A loving husband, devoted father and gentle, patient Opi, he will be missed by all and his memories will be cherished forever. A private celebration of life for family, friends and neighbours will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Palliative Care Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
