Obituary of Grace Church

Peacefully at Newmarket Health Centre on Monday, May 14, 2012 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John �Jack� Church for 67 years.  Loving mother of Lawrence (Carol), Bill (Donna) and Muriel Church. Cherished grandmother of Lorie (John) McGregor, Greg (Maria), Robin (Edwin) Hicken, Rob (Laura) and Scott. Dear great grandmother of Michael, Matthew and Jared McGregor; Justin and Andrew Church; Charlotte and Benjamin Hicken. Grace will be fondly remembered by her surviving sister Barb (Don) Letts and her sister-in-law Dorothy (late Lawson) Dale and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Helen Treloar, Mary Rowe, and Laura Colton and brothers Wes, Bill, Lawson and Joe. Grace was a life member of the Dunkerron United Church Women�s Institute, member for many years of the Bradford Senior Citizens Happy Sixties Club and enjoyed showing her flowers at the Schomberg Horticultural Society as well as sewing and canning at the Schomberg Agricultural Fair. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. until the time of a funeral service in the Chapel at 3 p.m. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford. In Grace�s memory, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, Cardiac Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre or a charity of your choice.
