Obituary of James Walker

Suddenly at home on Wednesday, September 12th, 2012 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Helen Walker for almost 30 years, proud father of Ellen Walker, doting grandfather of Madison Empacher, son of Elizabeth Walker, brother of Linda (Martin) McIlroy, uncle of Melanie McIlroy (Matt Kent). Also survived by sisters-in-law Jill Davie and Gwen (Randy) Huber; Aunts Beryldean Crowe, Helen Steele, Marlene Fenske, Joan Fenske and Ola Fiddy; Uncle Clarence Fenske and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Visitation on Sunday, September 23rd at Bradford United Church, 66 Barrie St., Bradford, Ontario at 2:30 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 3:30 p.m. Interment at Pleasant View Cemetery in Curries, Ontario on Monday, September 24th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. As James was an active volunteer and member at Bradford United Church, in lieu of flowers, the family has kindly asked that any donations be made to Bradford United Church in his memory
