Obituary of Debbie Cotter

Peacefully passed away at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 56 years of age. Beloved mother of Jimmy, Shawna and Carrie. Proud and adored Grammy of Owen. Precious daughter of Monte and Betty Cotter. Dear sister of Bill (Sharon), Barb (John), Cindy and Todd (Cathy). Debbie will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, great niece and great nephews.
