(Retired from Gemini Foods after more than 50 years in the food industry)   Suddenly but peacefully after a short illness at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Thursday, January 31, 2013.  Bill Kristman of Bradford in his 80th year.  Beloved husband of Elisabeth (nee Djurkowitsch) for 54 years.  Loving father of Wilhelm (Hilda) Kristman, John (Janece) Kristman and Lisa (Michael) Mendrek.  Dear son-in-law of Katharina Djurkowitsch.  Dear grandfather of Katharina and William Kristman; Ian Kristman (Michelle Earley) and MacKenzie Kristman (Cassandra McTaggart); Andrew, Mark and Joseph Mendrek.  Dear brother of Rose (Nino) Tomizza and their family.  Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 11 a.m.  Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.  Donations to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation, Newmarket would be appreciated.
