Obituary of Patricia Jean Pozzebon

Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket with family at her side on Friday, April 19, 2013. Patsy Jean (nee Kelly) of Bradford at 61 years of age.  Beloved wife of Nick Pozzebon for 41 years.  Loving mother of Todd (Shannon) Pozzebon, Travis (Julie) Pozzebon and Trevor (Michelle) Pozzebon. Proud grandma of Tazlin; Griffen and Carter. Cherished daughter of Pat and late Art Kelly. Dear sister of Wayne Kelly, Kenny Kelly, Ron Kelly, Herbie Kelly, Brenda Lawrence, Karen Zuccato, Donna Woodcock, Gary Kelly and their families. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Trinity Anglican Church, 56 Church St., Bradford on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford. In Patsy Jean�s memory, donations may be made to the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
