Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Saturday, September 14, 2013.  Tom Lenartowicz of Bradford in his 59th year.  Beloved husband of Erica (nee Nanowski). Predeceased by his parents Boleslaw and Weronika. Dear brother of Theresa (Ron) Herrington and their daughter Krista. Dear brother-in-law of John (Mikki) Nanowski and their family. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford. In Tom�s memory, donations may be made to the Cardiac Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
