Obituary of Chris Berenz

Peacefully passed away at home with his wife at his side on Tuesday, October 29, 2013.  Chris Berenz of Bradford at 94 years of age.  Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Dick) for 66 years.  Dear brother of Kay (late Phil) Bittenbinder.  Dear brother-in-law of Joe (Theresa) Dick.  Dear uncle of Rosemarie Von Baillou, Eric (Irene) Bittenbinder, Phil (Nancy) Bittenbinder; Barbara (Grant) Dickson and Joe (Debbie) Dick.  Chris will be fondly remembered by many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.  Special thanks to Dr. Susan Kuzmyk, friends, neighbours and especially Lena Schankula and Frank Xavier for their loving support.  Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 10 a.m.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill.  In Chris� memory, donations may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation.
