Obituary of Catherine Gibbons

Peacefully passed away at Sheridan Villa, Mississauga on Saturday, May 24, 2014.  Catherine Gibbons (nee Whelan) of Mississauga and formerly of Gilford in her 99th year.  Beloved wife of the late Louis Joseph Gibbons.  Loving mother of Mary Catherine Boon, Maura Colleen (late Bruce) Gowan and Patrick (Barbara) Gibbons.   Proud grandmother of Michael (Monica) Boon, Ryan Boon, Stephen (Vanessa) Boon; Mark (Valerie) Gowan, Jennifer (Barry) Johnson; Stephanie and Adrian Gibbons.  Catherine will also be lovingly remembered by her 9 great grandchildren.  Dear sister of late Bernadette Whelan.  Family and friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 10 a.m. until time of the Funeral Mass at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford at 11:00 a.m.  Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.  In Catherine�s memory, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
