Peacefully passed away, with her family at her side at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. Diane Kooiman (nee de Vries) of Bradford and formerly of Rexdale at 77 years of age. Beloved wife of Jack for 58 years. Loving mom of Jerry (Kathy), Ron and Quinton (Amber). Proud oma of Jason, Justin, Jordan, Melissa, David, Rebecca; Zachary, Aidan and Dylan.
