Obituary of Robert Stephen Hampton

Peacefully passed away with family and friends at his side at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Friday, January 30, 2015. Bob Hampton of Bayview Beach (Gilford) at 65 years of age. Beloved husband and best friend of Betty for 39 years. Loving father of Charles (Joanna) Hampton and Michael (Laura) Hampton. Proud grandad of Nicholas, Lucas and one on the way. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Mary Hampton and brother George Hampton. Dear brother of Ron (Nancy) Hampton, Susie Hampton (Daryl Grenville), Larry (Lisa) Hampton. Dear brother-in-law of Jack (Sara) Purves, Pat Purves and Bob Purves. Bob will also be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. The �King of the One Liners� will be missed by his family and friends. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 11 a.m. followed by cremation.
