Obituary of Dan Collins

Peacefully passed away with family at his side at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.  Dan Collins of Bradford at 56 years of age.   Loving husband of Deborah Conroy. Proud dad of Holly (Ryan), Heather (John), Adam (Lindsay) and Danielle. Cherished papa of Ethan, Emma, Orrick, Eliza, Carter and Bailey. Dear brother of Debbie (Pat), Sharon (Grant), Christine (Roger), Kathleen (Shaun), Peter (Paulette), James and Margaret (Mike). At Dan�s request, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Skwarchuk Funeral Home, Bradford.
