Obituary of Jerry Case

Suddenly passed away on Monday, June 8, 2015. Jerry Case of Barrie at 33 years of age.  Loving dad of Hope, Faith, Desiree, Ryanne, Destiny and Skylynn. Beloved son of Kelly and Mike Daulman.  Loving brother of Ken Case. Cherished grandson of Gerry (Bev) and late Geraldine Case. Jerry will be sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 10 a.m. until the time of a funeral service held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. followed by cremation.
