Passed away at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 56 years of age. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 10 a.m. until the time of a funeral service held in the Chapel at 11 a.m.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill.
