Obituary of John W. Forhan

Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Monday, June 13, 2016. Jack Forhan of Bradford at 87 years of age. Beloved husband of late Illene. Dear companion of Ella Dart. Loving dad of late Pam McDonald, Brenda (Paul) Shiels, Jim Forhan (Pam Townsend), John (Michelle) Forhan, late Ted Forhan and Patricia Forhan (Mike Fennell). Proud grandad of Michael McDonald; Trevor Bell, Ted Shiels; Kristen Forhan; Michelle, Jenny, Danielle Forhan; and Michael Forhan-Fennell. Jack will also be lovingly remembered by his 15 great grandchildren.
