Peacefully passed away at Humber River Regional Hospital, Toronto on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 43 years of age. Beloved mom of Andrew, Madalayne and Shaelyn. Cherished daughter of Fredericka Clarke and Les Clarke. Loving sister of Kimberly and Christopher. Dear aunt of Oceana; Kaylin and Nicolaus. Frances will also be fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
