Dear Margaret & Family:
We send our deepest sympathy to you at this very sad time, in the loss of Jim. My father, Garnet Williams, who was the Mayor of Vaughan, had the greatest respect and admiration, for Jim. Dad loved working with him at the City of Vaughan. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
