Obituary of May Gorin

Peacefully passed away at home with family at her side on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 79 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Freddy Alexander. Loving mom of Kathy (John). Proud Nanny of Lee and Mason. Cherished Great Nanny of Kailynn and Jayden. Dear sister of the late Irene Hackett and William “Sonny” (Helen) McVeigh. May will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her friends Pat Cotton and Sue Chesson, who kept her laughing. Thank you to the wonderful Palliative Care Unit Staff at Southlake, especially Dr. Ransom, PSWs and nurses for their compassionate care of May. A celebration of May’s life will be held at a later date. In May’s memory, donations may be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements entrusted to Skwarchuk Funeral Home, Bradford.
