Peacefully passed away at her home on Friday, April 6, 2018. Ida Moro (nee Favero) of Bradford in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Luigi Moro. Loving mother of John Moro and Linda (Bruce) Davis. Proud Nonna of Brooke. Cherished great Nonna of Serena. Dear sister of late Antonio, late Andrea (Olga), late Teresa (late Luigi Andrighetto), Bertilla (late Francesco Carinato), late Romana, and Romano. Dear sister-in-law of late Bertilla (late Franco) Kovac, Anna (Guiseppe) Poloni, Ofelia (late Celestino) Papaiz, Flavia Feltracco and Fervido (Santina) Moro. Ida will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Friends may be received at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford. In Ida’s memory, donations may be made to the Cardiac Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket.
