I will always remember Uncle George as the life of the party. He would always be the first one on the dance floor at the family weddings and would often wear us cousins out, as we would be ready to sit down, while Uncle George would keep on shakin it up with his moves on the floor. The last time he came out to hear my band, he was all ready to stay to the end and help us pack up the band gear. Fortunately, Aunty Theresa (with her ear plugs and all), gently told him that the band was quite capable and didn't need any assistance. Uncle George taught me how to swim up at the cottage on Peach Lake, and I remember good times up there with many shenanigans by Tina and myself. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family.
