I remember first meeting Joanne in my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the early nineties, when she was Professor Drutz's nurse and "right hand" at Mount Sinai in Toronto. I met her again when I moved up to York County Hospital, now Southlake. She managed all the Mount Sinai patients and learners efficiently and always did an equally excellent job managing the boss! I am impressed she did the commute from Gilford to Sinai daily for so many years. She was a truly dedicated nursing professional.

Hi Jennifer - you don't know me but I knew your Mom from our GO Bus commuting days. I just happened to see her obituary today and was sad to learn of her passing. I recall how fondly she spoke of you. I remember her being a great story teller and spunky. My sincere condolences to you and your family.
