Peacefully passed away at Matthews House Hospice, Alliston on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 71 years of age. Beloved husband of Christine. Loving daddy of Fabian (Erin), Teresa (Louie) and Adrianna (Marc). Proud papa of Mya, Mookie, Hayley, Vanessa; Jax and Cohen. Friends will be received at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for a memorial visitation on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. In Dana’s memory, donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation.
