Contributions to the tribute of Paul Douglas Dainton

Back in the early 1990's we had just met Brenda and Paul. One bitter cold week in January, we took our children on vacation to sunny, warm Saint Lucia. What a glorious get away. We arrived back to Fredericton airport at night to the same bitter cold temperatures that we had forgotten about for a week. Only now, we were greeted with several feet of snow piled around our vehicle. My husband extracted the car and we drove the 20 min to our home, dreading the fact that our long driveway would have the same several feet of snow blocking our entrance to our home. As we turned onto our snowbank lined street, our headlights picked up the huge banks of snow along our cleared driveway! We were all cheering and laughing with relief! Who could have done this ? We were so happy to be able to just climb out of the car, get into the house and get to bed as by now it was 1a.m We later found out it was Paul who had pushed his snow blower from his house, down a side street and then up the next street to our house. We will never forget his kindness. Ever. Dr. James White and Peggy Rudolf White

We have so many great memories of Paul over the years and will keep those in our hearts forever! We will remember his smile, sense of humour, but most importantly his dedication to family. He will be missed, but never forgotten!
