I'm so sad to hear that Ken has passed on. I was a young know it all working with Canadian tire in Toronto when i was 16. Ken brought me into the shop and progressed me into oil changes and into my apprenticeship.. I worked under Kens Guidance for many years and i was not an easy kid to manage.. But he kept on me and stuck with me regardless of how much of a pain i was..I learned a lot from Ken and I sure that at some point everyday, i apply something i learned from him. I remember him always so proud of his young kids, and all his extra activities.. I am who i am today because of the work that he put into me and the hundreds of times that he didn't back off of me.. I am now 43, still with Canadian Tire in Kitchener Ontario> I am Service Manager for just as big of a shop as we had in Toronto. I remember dreaming of having kens job. his push is why im exactly there.. Now as the young know it alls come through my shop, and as they stress the heck out of myself and the business, i am going to slow down, im going to remember that great man and how he pushed and guided me and i will apply that same tough love, guidance and patience to them that Ken applied to me.. I Will remember Ken everyday and how he made me who i am! Rest in peace my dear friend, the world is a better place for having you for the short time we did.! Sean Champagne

I wish I had gotten to know Ken much longer however the time that I had, I knew right away what an incredible man he was, he loved his family and it showed, nothing was out of his reach when it came to all of them. I knew he was a special man when I heard he rescued dogs cats anything that needed a home. Who takes the time to do this?, he did and that shows how BIG his heart was to anything that needed help. Not many people in this world like that, it is just not fair he was taken from this wonderful family so soon. We can never understand the Why, I just know that those who knew him were so very blessed to see what goodness really is and how us as individuals can learn from him to become a better human being. He now rests with his family and heavenly father, for now, we say goodbye only to see you again.
My heart goes out to the Timson family.

I spent this year working with Ken and got to see some of what this brilliant guy was capable of and I learned much. The work that ken can do is limitless, Ken loved problem solving and the strangest things to figure out are what Ken excelled at. When it came to moving mountains Ken is your man .Your family has you as an example of maximum productivity in life. Thanks for everything, your friend and employee Dennis.

Lesley, Steph, Bryce & Cassie: I was so sorry to hear about Ken's passing. It was so unexpected and tragic for all of you. As Graeme's first cousin, I was fortunate to spend many a Holiday with all of you, and always admired your Family and the closeness you shared. Ken would be so proud of all of you right now, and your strength to carry on without him. He truly was a good family man, and would have done anything for all of you. Please take care in this time of grief, and know that Ken is looking down on all of you, until you meet again. Karen Schroer

I am so heartbroken to learn of Ken's passing. I managed to capture him with Bryce one day at their farm on these amazing lawn mowers +. Such an amazing husband, father, and friend. I pray that everyone's grief moves through them gently and whenever I think of a Trillium Flower ... I will think of Ken. Much Love to you Lesley, Steph, Cassie, Bryce .. et al.

Lesley, Elsie and I are at a complete loss for words. Ken was such a great guy. My Dad spoke fondly of him, like he was family. I can't even imagine how hard this is for you and your kids. The only comforting thought is that he is in a much better place right now. God Bless you!!
