Obituary of David MacAdams

David unexpectedly passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Sunday, December 29, 2019. David MacAdams of Bradford and formerly of Oak Ridges at 78 years of age. Beloved husband of Doris (nee Gaudet). Loving dad of Richard (Sarah) and Glen (Nancy). Proud Grampy of Travis, Cooper, Cassandra, Justin; Jordan and Nadia. David will also be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Friends will be received at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Friday, January 3,2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church on 167 Essa St., Bradford on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11 a.m. followed by cremation. In David's memory, donations may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation or to the charity of your choice.
