I'm so sorry for your loss Mary Ann. I was stunned to hear about Bill's passing. He was so full of life, and a constant joy to be around. You were both very kind to me, and Bill helped me tremendously on several occasions...simply by listening to me and praying with me. I will always be grateful for his presence in my life. I pray that the love you shared and the memories of your time together will help you and your family in the days to come and ease some of the pain of this incredible loss.
Sincerely, Suzanne Brooke.

Mary Ann,
I can't express in words the sorrow I felt when I heard of your dear Bill's passing. Life is beautiful and difficult at the same time. I wish you light and love as you go through this difficult journey without Bill by your side here on earth. What you have built together with your families will hold you all together through the darker days and you'll be able to rejoice in the wonderful memories you built together, the blessing that you both found each other and built a beautiful and loving life together with all your children and grandchildren. It is times like these when the distance of living out of province proves challenging. Please know that my prayers, thoughts & love are with you and your loved ones as you celebrate Bill's wonderful life. In the end, love is all that we take with us, which you blessed Bill with, you and all the family have that in spades and it will continue on, here on earth and beyond.
Much love my friend.

As we remember Bill, we can truly say he was a beacon of his Christianity, in the way he lived, interacted with the people around him, whether at work or play or with his family. He wasn't a missionary or preacher, but everyone who knew Bill, knew about his strong faith in God and his ability to let it show in his lfe.
The loss of Bill will be felt by many. May God protect and care for, give courage and strength to, those who are mourning his departure, but have joy in the knowlege that he is now with his Savior and Lord.
Even though we are unable to attend, our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Heavenly Father, thank you that we are never alone, your presence calms the troubled sea of our life and speaks peace to our soul. Your word says that our faith will never be put to shame when our trust is in You. Hear our prayer as we ask for comfort in dealing with the loss of a loved one. Help us to find strength and peace in your presence. Restore joy to our soul. Lord, bless us and keep us, make your face shine upon us. Turn your face towards us and give us peace.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
