I was very shocked and surprised at hearing about Jimmy’s passing. I have so many fond memories of him and the entire Aguanno family and some extended family members as well. Dating back to school days and beyond. Much less in later life but friends like that are the kind you remember for always. I was first friends with Dianne and that’s how we met. Hope you are doing ok Dianne. It must be VERY difficult. I’m sure Mrs. Anne Aguanno must be devastated as well as all family and friends of the family. Especially at this difficult time.
Condolences to the family. RIP JIMMY,

Jim is one of the best souls I have ever met. I wish I could hear him greet me with his gentle “hi sweetie,” or have him wrap me up in a hug one more time. Although I will miss him every day, I take comfort knowing he is watching over us, surrounded by endless gardens and sunshine. Jim loved his family deeply and always shared with me how blessed he was to know that he was loved deeply in return. It has been such a privilege to know and love Jim and I extend my deepest condolences to the Aguanno family. I will carry you with me always, Jimmy Jam. Love always, Alex.

Cousin Jimmy always had a smile to share. My fondest memory would have to be how fascinated i was as a little girl to have a cousin that actually made a record...and a record for kids made it that much cooler! I hope Jimmy can rest in peace knowing that he made lives a little more enjoyable simply by his being here. Rest in Peace

My deepest condolences to the family during this difficult time. Although it is comforting to know that he is finally at peace, it does not make it any easier to morn the loss.
As the niece to Dianne and Anthony, I have grown up with hearing many stories of "my brother Jimmy" lovingly told by aunt Dianne. I recall when I was little and saw Jimmy play on stage in a live musical performance for children which was something I will remember always - being my first live concert.
The way aunt Dianne spoke of her brother Jimmy was always very touching and filled with love. I know that he will be sadly missed by all those he has touched over the years.

My big cousin who I thought was so cool when I was a kid. I worked for you at one point selling your records, and My face lit up whenever you came to visit. I never knew you without a smile on your face, even when I’m sure you were in pain. Thank you for adding music and your happiness to our lives.

My best memories of Jim are from the Caradonna Christmas Parties where he always had a big smile and kind words to share. His eyes and stories were filled with love for his wife Lynne and pride for his children and later, his grandchildren. Jim's devotion to his family is an inspiration to us all. Rest in peace dear cousin. Deana, David, Andrew, Michael Creglia

Lynne, Michael and Katie,
Please accept our most sincere condolences. Jim was a kind, humble and sincere human being and friend.
I first me Jim, when Michael you were just 4 years old. Your dad brought you down to the mini soccer pitches, holding you by the hand.
"Hi, I'm Jim, this is my son Michael, can he play? He's young but he wants to play so badly." He said.
We agreed to give the shy little Michael a try in one of the practice sessions. He held his own and so we registered him. A grateful Jim made the mistake of offering to help with the club. Before he could change his mind we had him looking after equipment and uniforms. He helped with great dedication, contributing with his time to the club, for a number of years wherever help was needed.
Humility, kindness and pride made Jim very special to the community and everyone he came across. We will miss you dearly.

My wonderful cousin Jimmy was always like a brother to me.
My father Ross was his father Sam’s big brother.
Jimmy was a kind, gentle, caring and very funny person.
The beautiful memories that I have of Jimmy and his whole family will sustain me for the rest of my days.
Jimmy and I are the same age and when we were little kids we both went to St Monica’s school.
We were good little kids but I was a giggler and Jimmy always made me laugh in class.
As a punishment the teacher would put us in the cloak room together were I would laugh all the more.
Losing him breaks my heart but I am a much better person for ever knowing him.
I know that he will Rest In Peace because he is back in Heaven with Our Lord.
Jimmy was an angel sent to earth to bless the lives of all that new him.
I love you Jim.
Your cousin Joanne

What a loss to the world. Jimmy my cousin. Jim the artist, from whom I learned a lot and with whom I had the privilege to work for a short time. A talented, kind, earnest person. The soul and understated humility of a true artistic spirit. The music, the laughter, the heart, the inspiration. I'm so so sad to see you leave us, but comforted that you're now among some other beautiful spirits who left us far too soon too. Thank you for setting such a beautiful example of personhood. Your legacy lives on in your amazing family and in the cherished memories of all of us who had the privilege of knowing you. Our heartfelt thoughts and condolences to all of the beautiful Aguanno family at such a sad time. Much love always. Bonnie, Chris, Paige, Brady, Kristin and Brooke

Jimmy, one of the three little amigos along with Joe Caradonna and John Spalla. You were all a big pain in my side, but I loved
you all. The fun times we all had at 15 Hook Avenue will never be duplicated. You were a shining light to your Mom and Dad,
but to the rest of us as well. I remember some of my kids being on one of your children's records. It was such a thrill.
You were a happy man who married a beautiful woman that completed you. Your beautiful family will always remember
you as a kind and loving father and person. I will miss you as much as I missed your father. Hopefully you are together now.

How blessed we were to have grown up surrounded by so many cousins, aunts and uncles. We truly were one big happy family. Losing Jimmy is like losing a brother. He was a kind soul, so much like his dear father. The world will be a less happy place without him in it. We love you Jimmy. Rest In Peace.

Jim, it was through my brother Art that I met you over 50 years ago. Some of the best times I ever had was spending time at the cottage with you and all your close friends as well as Yola, my parents and siblings. I loved getting together at my brothers and jamming the night way. I will treasure those memories forever.
When I met my husband, Tony, he became part of the group and loved every chance he had to get together with everyone. What a fun bunch. Love you Jim. Rest In peace
