Nana, you are the best Grandmother I could ever ask for, because you were always so caring and loving to me, I remember you relaxing at the cottage drinking you’re white wine and always having genuine conversation’s with me that I will never forget, always giving me nice big hugs before going to bed at the cottage, and being there with Tea Paula to pick me up from school every now and then, I love you Nana and you’re in a better place now, Rest In Peace Nana because I know you’re looking down on all of us with a big smile, I love you.

Nana... you will be missed always. I will never forget you. Family get togethers will never be the same, but I know you will always be there looking down on us as we reminisce about the countless memories we have of you. Love you always. Jess

I will fondly remember Nana’s fabulous sense of style, her room full of oriental decor, and her warm, easy-going nature. Her love of wine, Sandy, and her big, wonderful family.
My favourite memories of Nana will always be of her surrounded by family during one of the many Cordier water fights. There would be chaos swirling around her as she sat there, looking so glamorous with her hair perfectly curled, Sandy close by, as everyone but her got completely soaked. She will always hold a special place in my heart.
Sending my condolences, along with love and hugs to all of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Nana, thank you for all the laughs , memories and especially hugs. I will always keep you in my heart and think of the great times I’ve had with you .. the cottage , vacations , going to your house in Bolton on the weekends and just being in your presence . I wish you had the chance to meet my twins (and give me tips!) but I know that now they have an angel in heaven looking down on them. I love you forever and always nana .. your baby girl , Christi

Loving Señora Renee,
You are leaving us with so many beautiful memories of you. Christina and Bruce Ruben always received your love and kindness, your hugs and kisses.
I always enjoyed your company, your taste in music and your elegant style in fashion.
I will miss the times we shared a glass of wine listening to Romance in Paris, sitting on the deck on a hot summer day.
So many good times that I will carry with me in my heart.
Please rest in peace. We will miss you deeply.
Lupita

Mom, I will always remember the nights coming over the hill on hwy 27 and flashing my lights into your bedroom window so you knew I had made it home safely once again and also trying to find a pay phone to let you know if I changed location... My friends thought that I was crazy. I will remember the mornings when I was on the road, I would always call you to see what was happening on CNN that day.. 9/11 being the worst. I will remember you at the cottage or at my place soaking up the sun and maybe a glass of wine or two. I will remember you always being there day and night, when we got home from school and when we were in bed by 7:00 pm while our friends were out playing. I will always remember you picking us up from school, even when I would get into the wrong van and telling the lady driving "you're not my mom".... not sure who was more shocked. I will always remember how much you kept us all together and always enjoyed being with your family as much as we loved being with you. I will always remember the greatest Mom in the world and I will miss you.... I love you Mom!! Rest in Peace and check in on us once in awhile.. You have left a hole in our hearts that can only be filled with memories of You. Love your son Bruce xo.

Renee and our mom, Louise, were friends over the many many years. Our families fates remained intertwined after we left Kleinburg for Guadalajara and invited our friends from the old hood down. I hope now they are both chatting somewhere. They loved their talks. Our thoughts and condolences to all her loved ones on their loss especially in such difficult times.
Love from the Shewchuks

So very happy that my dad loved his dear cousin, Renee. Many happy days visiting their joy-filled home as kids. So blessed to have maintained the connection through the years. Thinking of all of you as you mourn the loss of a sweet, classy, fun and beautiful woman!! xo
