Obituary of Rosalie "Hon" Hammond

Peacefully passed away in her sleep at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Friday, April 24, 2020. Rosalie Hammond (nee Rose) of Aurora at 82 years of age. Beloved wife of James for 62 years. Loving mom of Stacey Hughes (Steve Quinn), Sandra (Mark) MacDougall, Brenda Hammond and Darren (Kirsten) Hammond. Proud grandma of Matthew (Melina), Andrew, James, Michael, David (Caitlin), Summer, Cole and Olivia. Cherished great grandma of Christopher, Nicholas, Macy, Layla, Mya and Wade. Also survived by her brothers Paul and Wayne and her sister Lynn. Rosalie will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. A celebration of Rosalie's life will be held at a later date. In Rosalie's memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of your choice.
