Obituary of Lea Diane LeLacheur (nee Raymond)
On May 12th 2021, Lea Diane LeLacheur peacefully passed away, with her husband and daughter at her side, after a very short battle with pancreatic cancer.
Beloved wife of 45 years to Wil LeLacheur and loving mother to Michele LeLacheur. Lea is predeceased by her mother Reta Raymond (nee Harmer) and her father Ernest (Red) Raymond. Lea is survived by her sister Wendy Howorth (Bruce), her niece and nephew Leanne and Ryan and her great niece and nephew (Sophie and Avery). Lea is fondly remembered by many close friends who considered her family. Lifelong friends to Al and Karen Armstrong and honourary Auntie to Jen (Mike) Veens and Curtis Armstrong. She will be missed by her family at Body Design and her “Yogi Students”.
The family would like to thank the staff on the 5th floor at Southlake for their wonderful care.
As per Lea’s wishes, cremation has occurred and a celebration of life will be held in the near future.
In Lea’s memory, donations may be made to the OVC Pet Trust or Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
