Obituary of Joaquim "Jack" Baptista

Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 57 years of age. Jack will be fondly remembered by family and friends. Jack worked for Sommerville Gas Company for 15 years. Jack received the Citizen Award for Outstanding and Courageous Efforts on September 3, 2019 from the MPP of Barrie-Innisfil.
