Obituary of Anne Hart

Anne peacefully passed away at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 66 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Andy Smith. Loving mom of Jennifer, Dakota, Cordell and late Frank. Proud grandma of Justin and Esten. Anne will also be fondly remembered by her siblings and their families. Private family arrangements are being held. In Anne's memory, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
