Obituary of Petrunka "Bessie" Rak

Our Dear Mother Bessie, (born Petrunka Moshenko, in Ethelbert, Manitoba),  passed away peacefully at Bradford Valley Care Community on February 26, 2022 at 100 years of age.  She was much loved by all who knew her.

Beloved Mother of Elaine Adams (Grant), Dennis Rak (Savi) and Brenda Rak (Peter Lewis), adored Grandchildren Debra Doolittle (David) and Dianna Coric (Matt),  cherished Great Grandchildren Adam, Andrew, Nikolas, Breana and Ashley, along with many beloved Nieces and Nephews.

She was predeceased by her Husband Stanley Rak and Son Ernest Rak, as well as her parents Joseph and Frances, her many brothers and sisters -  Billy, John, Metro, Mike, Paul, Steve, Annie, Margaret, Mary Minnie and Nellie.

Mom's 100 years on this Earth were rich, filled with industriousness, good cheer and great generosity.  Her great loves were Family, Cooking and Flowers.

A private family service will be held at the Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simoce Rd., Bradford on Saturday June 11, 2022.
